According to a Norwegian study published last February, we could live up to 13 years longer with an optimal diet! It is by switching from the Western-type diet to a diet prioritizing plants that we would gain the most years of life! You will understand that the optimal diet is inspired by the Mediterranean diet by focusing on the consumption of whole grains, plants as well as fruits and vegetables.
