FOCUS ON HYDRATION
Water needs vary according to the level of physical activity, age, gender, ambient temperature and humidity, among other things. During the hot season, the needs are therefore higher. Unfortunately, many people have difficulty reaching the recommendations. If you have difficulty drinking enough water, know that it is possible to flavor it.
