THE FODMAP DIET

Do you have digestive issues? If so, do you know about the low FODMAP diet? This diet has been shown to be significantly effective in alleviating digestive symptoms.s.


Did you know?

There are subtypes of irritable bowel syndrome: one with a predominance of constipation, one with a predominance of diarrhea and, finally, one with alternating constipation and diarrhea. Depending on the type of digestive symptoms, the recommendations will vary. I suggest you tomake an appointment with a nutritionist to get personalized advice for your needs and start a dietary approach related to your digestive problems.


Probiotics

    @Michaël : Bonjour Michaël, non, malheureusement! Certains de nos plats sont sans gluten, mais ne portent pas la certification, ce qui n’est pas recommandé pour la maladie coeliaque.
