SMOKED SALMON CROWN

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) white vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g (½ pound) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 package (150g) smoked salmon
  • 100-125g Nordic shrimp
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced ​​into thin ribbons on a mandolin
  • 1 Boston lettuce, shredded n
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) capers
  • 2-3 lemon wedges
  • Fish caviar, to taste
  • 2 bagels, cut into pieces or rye bread (pumpernickel)


Steps

1 - In a bowl, put the sliced ​​onion and the vinegar. Mix. Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.


2 - Put the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. broth, reduce the heat to minimum. Cook the eggs for ten minutes. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Cool completely. Peel. Cut in half. circle the cream cheese.


3 - Arrange the smoked salmon, northern shrimp, marinated onion slices and cucumber ribbons all around.


4 - Garnish with lettuce leaves, boiled eggs, capers, lemon wedges and fish caviar.


5 - Serve with bagels or rye bread!

    Ou doit-on mettre la salade , les œufs à la coque sur le plateau de présentation, je n’en vois pas sur le plateau que vous présentez.
