DARK CHOCOLATE AND TOFU MOUSSE

Ingredients
- 300 g (1 ½ cup) of 70% dark chocolate (or Isabelle Huot bars)
- 1 container (500 g) of soft (or silken) tofu
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) tablespoons) nut butter or soy butter
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) melted coconut oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Steps
1 - In a bowl, put the dark chocolate and melt gently in the microwave.
2 - Remove from the microwave and let cool completely.
3 - In a food processor, put the soft tofu , nut butter, coconut oil and pinch of salt. Add the melted chocolate until you obtain a creamy and smooth texture. Refrigerate 1 hour (or until the mousse is cold).
4 - Remove from the refrigerator and enjoy!
