Ingredients

  • 10 ml (2 tbsp) of whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of Grenoble, finely crushed
  • 10 ml (2 tbsp) of breadcrumbs
  • 1 chicken cutlet of 90 g
  • 1 small bouquet of fresh parsley
  • to taste, salt and pepper


Steps

1 - Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (357 ° F).
