Ingredients

  • 10 ml (2 tbsp) of whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of Grenoble, finely crushed
  • 10 ml (2 tbsp) of breadcrumbs
  • 1 chicken cutlet of 90 g
  • 1 small bouquet of fresh parsley
  • to taste, salt and pepper


Steps

1 - Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (357 ° F).


2 - Place the flour in a hollow plate. In another hollow plate, beat the egg. In a third hollow plate, mix Nuts, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.


3 - Press the chicken cutlet on each side in the flour mixture, then pass it in the beaten egg before pressing it in the mixture nuts.


4 - Place the cutlet on a plate and bake in the oven for about 7 to 8 minutes or until the cutlet is well cooked.


5 - serve Immediately with fresh parsley. Accompany with cooked soft wheat and choice of vegetables.
