Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of pumpkin purée
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of maple syrup
- Cinnamon and ground nutmeg, to taste
- 1 espresso
Steps
1 - Place all the ingredients except the espresso in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir a few times during cooking.
2 - Remove from the heat.
3 - If necessary, strain the mixture sieve and pour into a cup
4 - Add espresso and enjoy.
