DRESSED EGG SANDWICHES

Ingredients

    Garnish #1

    • 2 eggs
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of light cream cheese
    • 2 slices of smoked salmon
    • marinated onions, to taste

    garnish #2

    • 2 small slices of lettuce
    • 2 eggs
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of light mayonnaise
    • grated parmesan, with taste
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 2 slices of tomato

    garnish #3

    • 2 slices of precud
    • 2 small slices of lettuce
    • 2 eggs
    • 20 ml (4 tsp) of light mayonnaise
    • 10 ml (2 tbsp) of Pesto
    • 30 ml (2 C . with whole tuna canned tuna
    • 4 cucumber slices
    • 2 gherkins pickles


    Steps

    1 - Place all the eggs in a saucepan. Cover with cold water.


    2 - Bring to a boil. From the first broths, reduce over low heat and cook for 10 minutes.


    3 Remove from the heat. Drain and cool In cold water. Sheet.


    4 - Cut in half the hard cooked eggs.


    5 - Add the garnishes.


    6 - Close the eggs in sandwich and secure with the help of toothpick.


    7 - Serve on board.
