Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales are firm / final. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Meals ordered are non-refundable. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours (maximum) of delivery, and we will gladly issue a credit for your next purchase. The responsibility for losses due to incorrect contact information is that of the customer. It is therefore essential that all consumers verify that the shipping address and all other information entered is accurate.
