The
spreads are often associated with breakfast. And so they should be! They're fruity, have a sweet taste, and best of all, they spread quickly on a slice of toast. bread. This makes them ideal for busy mornings... and for every occasion of the day!

In my pantry, you'll find my 3 spreads made with fruit and chia. They're all equally delicious: strawberry and chia, cranberries and chia and 4 fruits and chia. With 2 g of fiber per serving 15 ml (1 tablespoon) serving and with no added sugar, you can enjoy them guilt-free!

Here are 10 ways to incorporate my delicious fruit and chia seed spreads into your menu, more often :

  • My spreads are a great alternative to maple syrup or honey to sweeten your plain yogurt. For breakfast or a snack, this combination is a must-have to fill up on nutrients!
  • Jazz up your bowl of smoothie by topping it with peanut butter and spread to give it the look of the famous PB & J sandwich! PB & J SANDWICH!
  • Puncture your cookies and muffins with a melting heart of spread to give them their a surprisingly fruity effect! Bake and and let the magic happen!
  • Greet your guests with an amazing melting Brie! Add generously one of my spreads to your wheel of brie, a few and bake until the brie is runny. A simple starter, but oh so delicious!
  • If you're more the cheese platter and crackers? My spreads are the perfect accompaniment these appetizers. Try it and you'll love it!
  • For a refreshing dessert, use my spread as a coulis on your sorbet or ice cream. An ice cream sundae ready in a jiffy!
