What is it?
Le club d'Isabelle is a loyalty program. With each purchase you earn points, which can then be converted into a discount code applicable to your next order.
You can also earn points by performing other actions.

It's a way for my team and I to thank each and every one of you for your loyalty, by offering you exclusive discounts.
How does it work?
When you spend 1$ in the store (excluding subscriptions, taxes and delivery charges), you earn one point.
1 $ = 1 point.
(e.g.: for an order of 119.90 $, you'll earn 119 points; for an order of 76 $, you'll earn 76 points).
You can also collect points without ordering from our online store:
👉 75 points if you have an account on my online store, or if you create one.
👉 75 points if you follow @isabelle_huot on Instagram.
👉 75 points for following Isabelle Huot Docteure en nutrition on Facebook.
👉 125 points on your birthday, every year!
How does sponsorship work?
You can sponsor a friend! Click on the "Le Club d'Isabelle" bubble at the bottom left of the screen, log in, and you'll see a box with an affiliation link you can send, via e-mail, Facebook or Twitter, to enable her to get 10 $ off her first order.
When your friend clicks on the url link, or the "I order" button, she'll see a box where she can enter her e-mail address to receive her promotional code. This code must be entered at checkout in the "gift card - promotional code" section.
When your friend's order is confirmed (excluding subscriptions), you'll receive a promotional code worth 10 $, valid on your next order.
How do I join "Le Club d'Isabelle"?
With or without a customer account on my online store, you can join my club. To enter, click on the bubble at the bottom left of your screen.
If you have a customer account, you can click on "log in" with the login and password you use to order from my store.
If you don't have an account, you can register with the e-mail address you use to order.
If you don't see the bubble, simply clear your browser's cache.

Where can I find the number of points I've accumulated?
You can click on the gift bubble in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and log in. This is where you'll find the number of points you've accumulated.
How can I use my points and convert them into a discount code?
You can start redeeming your points once you have accumulated 400 points. Several rewards are available!
In exchange for 400 points:
- $10 discount applicable on products featured in the pantry section
In exchange for 400 points:

- A voucher for free delivery (for orders of $75 or more)
In exchange for 600 points:
- $15 discount on a box of 20 meals
- $15 discount on one of our weight loss programs (10-Day Express Plan, 4-Week Plan, 5-Day Plan, and 4-Week Plan, 7-Day Plan)
In exchange for 1,000 points:
- $30 discount on one of our 4-week weight loss programs (4-Week Plan, 5-Day Plan, and 4-Week Plan, 7-Day Plan)
- $35 discount on the first month of the Health Commitment (2, 3, and 6 months)
How do I use my discount code?
When a code is generated, you can add it to your cart immediately; promotional codes do not expire. It is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to others.
Can I use several discount codes at the same time?
It is not possible to use two coupon codes at the same time.
However, you can use a coupon code when a discount is applied directly on the initial price, on the occasion of a or promotional operation.
The value of a loyalty point is between 0.02 $ and 0.035 $ as of January 16, 2024, and is subject to change without notice.
Points earned on an order that has been cancelled or refunded will be automatically deducted from your points balance.
Points earned on an order that has been partially refunded may be retained or partially withdrawn.
Points cannot be converted or refunded in any way.
I'm a subscriber, do I earn points?
Subscription offers many advantages. We do not offer the possibility of earning points when you subscribe to our frozen meals.
You can earn points when you order our non-subscription products.
