SEASONED MIRROR EGGS - 3 FLAVORS

Des oeufs façon miroir - 3 saveurs! Simple, savoureux et santé! Ils sont parfaits pour un brunch et pour la Fête des mères.

Ingredients

    170 calories - 14 g lipides - 3 g glucides - 2 g fibres - 8 g protéines

    Pesto-pistaches :

    • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) olive oil
    • 5 ml (1 tsp) pesto + 1 tsp water
    • 15 ml (1 tbsp) pistachios, chopped
    • 1 egg

    110 calories - 9 g lipides - 2 g glucides - 6 g protéines

    Piment-oignon :

    • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) olive oil
    • 15 ml (1 tbsp) peperonate (chilli and garlic)
    • 1 egg

    210 calories - 15 g lipides - 4 g glucides - 13 g protéines

    Cacio e pepe :

    • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) olive oil
    • 60 ml (1/4 cup) grated parmesan cheese
    • Pepper, to taste
    • 1 egg


    Steps

    1 - In a non-stick pan, heat the oil. Add the pesto and water. Cook 30 seconds. Add the pistachios. Cook 15-30 seconds.


    2 - Add the egg. Cook 1-2 minutes (or until desired doneness, the white cooked and the yolk runny). Remove from the heat.


    3 - Serve immediately. Serve with greens and a slice of toast.


    4 - Follow the same technique for the other versions.
