SLICES OF SQUASH WITH PARMESAN

Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash, seeded and sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • Meat seasoning from Isabelle Huot Doctor of Nutrition
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese, grated


Steps

1 - Preheat the oven to 210°C(425°F).


2 - Place parchment paper in a cookie sheet.


3 - Place the squash slices on the sheet.


4 - Brush lightly with oil and season.


5 - Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.


6 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.


7 - Remove from oven.


8 - Enjoy!
