Snacks are recommended for children and adolescents. They meet the needs of growing young people and help support them throughout the day. We recommend adding two snacks to the lunch box. While fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products are great snacks, store-bought snacks are convenient and add variety to the menu. Some good choices!
