SEASONED CHEESE CURDS AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients

    Seasoned cheese:

    • 200 g of cheese curds
    • 10 ml (2 tsp) of Isabelle Huot vegetable seasoning

    Vegetables:

    • 250 ml (1 cup) of snow peas
    • 2 to 3 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
    • 2 to 3 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced


    Steps

    1 - In a bowl, put the cheese curds and vegetable seasoning. Mix to coat the cheese well.


    2 - Add the vegetables.


    3 - Serve and enjoy.
