LIGHT OATS, CRANBERRY AND CHIA COOKIES

BISCUITS ALLÉGÉS AVOINE, CANNEBERGE ET CHIA

Ingredients

  • 1 mixture with cookies cranberries, oats and chia signed Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of canola oil
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of apple compote not sweet
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of Milk 1 % M.G.
  • 1 egg


Steps

1 - Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F). Line 1 baking sheet of parchment paper.


2 - in a bowl, pour the entire dry mixture.


3 - in a small bowl, mix The oil, the apple compote, the Milk and the egg.


4 - mix the two preparations until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Form balls and crush them a little with a fork.


5 - Cook in the center of the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden.
