Ingredients
For the smoothie
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen strawberries
- 125 ml (½ cup) frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 250 ml (1 cup) apple juice
- 1 beet, cooked
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) maple syrup
Toppings
- 2 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 4 fresh raspberries
- 60 ml (¼ cup) of Isabelle Huot chai granola Doctor of nutrition
Steps
1 - Put all the smoothie ingredients in a blender. Blend until fine, thick and smooth.
2 - Serve in a bowl immediately.
3 - Add toppings of your choice.
