PORK AND PESTO SKEWERS

Ingredients

  • 350 g of pork net, cut into strips
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) of
  • 15 ml (1 tsp) of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, with taste
  • 45 ml (3 tsp) of Pesto in Basil


Steps

1 - In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the marinade. Leave to marinate the pork 1 hour at room temperature.


2 - Preheat the BBQ to 550 ° F.


3 - Take skewer peaks and put on the pork to make a Satay style skewer.


4 Cook 6 to 7 minutes by turning the skewers halfway through cooking.


5 - Take out the skewers from the skewers Bbq and brush with pesto.


6 - serve the skewers accompanied by a tomato salad and bocconcini.
