  • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) frozen honeyberries
  • 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tbsp.) maple syrup


1 - Place the frozen honeyberries in a saucepan. Add the maple syrup.

2 - Bring gently to a boil. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes (or until the liquid is slightly syrupy).

3 - Leave to cool in the fridge for 5 to 7 days

4 - Serve as an accompaniment to your cheese platters, in a sandwich, in a vinaigrette, with your grilled meats, on yogurt or cream. frozen…
