COTTAGE AND COLLAGEN DIP

Trempette de fromage cottage et collagène : la recette parfaite pour intégrer le collagène NuRish à votre quotidien.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) 1% cottage cheese
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) Isabelle Huot vegetable seasoning
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) finely chopped chives
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 spoonful of collagen complex NU•RISH powder


Steps

1 - Combine all ingredients in blender container. Pulse until smooth and consistent. Add a small amount of water as needed.


2 - Transfer dip to a bowl serving.


3 - Serve with crackers and/or raw vegetables.
