TOMATO, BASIL & BOCCONCINI CROWN

Ingredients
Bruschetta
- 375 ml (1 ½ cup) of seeded tomatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 45 ml (3 tsp) of Fresh basil, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tbsp) of maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 20 to 24 crackers of whole grains of various forms
- 1 Boursin Callote & Chives
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of bocconcini cheese, pearl format
- fresh herbs to taste
Steps
1 - In a bowl, mix all the ingredients of the bruschetta. Reserve.
2 - extend the cheese on the cookies. Garnish with the bruschetta mixture.
3 - Place nicely on a presentation board, forming a circle circle .
4 - superimpose cookies and different size to form a 3-dimensional crown. Decorate with fresh herbs and Bocconcini pearls.
5 - Serve immediately.
@Louise, en effet, ce n’est pas toujours simple de faire plaisir à tous en cuisine! Vous pouvez tout de même goûter à ce délice en réduisant la portion pour 1 ou 2. Bon appétit!
Bien triste d’avoir un conjoint difficile car si c’était juste demoi.
