GREEN CROWN OF HUMMUS

Ingredients
Purée :
- 500 ml (2 cups) frozen green peas, thawed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) olive oil
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) basil fresh, chopped
- 2 ml (1/2 tsp) maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 250 ml (1 cup) store-bought hummus ( or homemade)
- 8 mini tomatoes, cut in half
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) bocconcini cheese
- Fresh herbs to taste
- Pita chips or fresh vegetables, to taste
Steps
1 - Place all the puree ingredients in a blender. Pulse until smooth.
2 - Place in a bowl and add the hummus. Mix well.
3 - Spread the hummus green on a serving board forming a circle.
4 - Add the tomatoes and bocconcini cheese. Decorate with fresh herbs.
5 - Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables, to taste. ot
