CARROT AND GRAIN CAKE

Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) of all -use flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) of oatmeal
- 250 ml (1 cup) of quinoa cooked
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of Soy flakes
- 250 ml (1 cup) of Greek Yogurt Nature 0 % M.G.
- 180 ml (¾ cup) of dates
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml (½ cup) of raisins
- 375 ml (1 ½ cup) of carrots, grated
- 10 ml (2 tbsp) of cinnamon
- 1 ml (1/8 tsp) of nutmeg
Icing
- 250 g of cheese with light cream
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) of orange juice
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of sugar
Steps
1 - Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).
2 - In a large bowl, place all of the ingredients necessary for the preparation of the cake. Mix well.
3 Place the preparation in a dish Glass lined with parchment paper.
4 Bake for 30 minutes.
5 Meanwhile, using a whisk, mix the cream cheese gradually integrating the orange juice and the sugar. Refrigerate.
6 Once the cake is cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.
7 - when the cake is sufficiently cooled, coat with frosting.
