  • 250 ml (1 cup) of water
  • ½ English cucumber, cut into pieces
  • the juice of a lemon
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of honey from Quebec
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) sugar
  • 2 oz de gin québécois
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of blueberries from Quebec (fresh or frozen)


1 - In a mixer, place the water, the cucumber, the lemon juice, the honey, the sugar and the gin. Mix well then pour into a bowl.

2 - add the blueberries, mix and put in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.

3 - 10 minutes before serving, remove from the freezer to leave at room temperature.

4 - using a spoon , scrape the preparation to create the granite. Distribute in four service cuts.
