GRILLED CHEESE PEAR AND CARAMELIZED ONIONS

Grilled cheese aux poires et oignons caramélisés : Une recette signée Isabelle Huot Docteure en nutrition.

Ingredients

    Oignons caramélisés

    • 15 ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 15 ml (1 tsp) of the exquisite meats of Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water

    Garnitures

    • 4 slices of whole grain bread
    • 2 slices of light cheddar cheese
    • 2 slices Light Mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 pear, finely trench
    • 15 ml (1 tsp) of butter


    Steps

    1 - In a non-stick pan, heat the oil. Add the onions and seasonings.


    2 - cook gently 10 minutes (or until light coloring). Remove from heat.


    3 - add the water and mix. Reserve.


    4 - on a work surface, place half of the bread slices. Distribute the caramelized onions.


    5 - Add the slices cheddar cheese and mozzarella on the top.


    6 - garnish with a few slices of pear and fresh thyme (to taste).


    7 - Place the remaining slices of bread on the top top .


    8 - extend a small amount of butter on the 2 sides of the Grilled Cheese.


    9 - in a non-stick pan, cook gently until the cheese begins to melt. The Grilled Cheese halfway through cooking.


    10 - Place on a plate.


    11 ** Optional: add a honey fillet on top of the Grilled Cheese

      L’idée est excellente d’utiliser la poire au lieu de la pomme pour la fluidité intestinale. Les oignons confits également, seulement, j’essaie de ne pas doubler les sucres natures.
      Merci, on voit bien votre soucis alimentaire dans l’équilibre et le goût.
