DARK CHOCOLATE HUMMUS

Hummus au chocolat noir : une recette savoureuse et protéinée!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml (2 cups) drained and rinsed chickpeas
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) peanut butter or tahini
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) maple syrup
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) vanilla essence
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) sea or regular salt
  • 30 to 45 ml (2 to 3 tsp) soup) of milk or almond drink


Steps

1 - Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor.


2 - Pulse for 1 to 2 minutes to obtain a fine and creamy texture (scrape the sides). (If the texture is too thick, add more milk, 1 tbsp at a time).


3 - Place in a bowl and enjoy with fresh fruit.


Keeps for 5 to 7 days in the refrigerator.
