Ingredients
- 40 g of dark chocolate (2 Isabelle Huot Docteure chocolate bars in nutrition)
- 125 ml (½ cup) of canned pears, drained and cut into cubes
- 125 ml (½ cup) of avocado, avocado, avocado cut into cubes
Steps
1 - Cut the chocolate into a small piece then place in a bowl.
2 - cook in the microwave for 30 seconds then mix well. Continue cooking if the chocolate is not melted.
3 - Add the pears and avocados to the same bowl. Using the giraffe (diving mixer), reduce foam.
4 Distribute in ramekins or service dishes and garnish with ingredients of your choice: pieces of pear, chocolate or nuts, coconut, etc.
