Ingredients

  • 1/2 well -mature banana
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of cocoa granola and cranberries Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of whole wheat flour
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of cocoa powder, not sweet
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) sugar
  • 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) of powder powder
  • 15 ml (1 tsp) of Greek Yogurt Nature 0-2 % M.G.
  • 1 egg


Steps

1 - Place the banana in a cup then crush it using a fork.


2 Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix.


3 - Bake in microwave for about 90 seconds, all dependent on the power of the oven.
