- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of Wise by nature brand Red smoothie
- 250 ml (1 cup) of natural yogurt with coconut milk from Riviera
- 6-8 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 sachet (15 g) of freeze-dried strawberries from Lyo & Co.
- Fresh basil leaves or fresh mint to taste
1 - In a bowl, make the smoothie as indicated on the package. Set aside.
2 - Place yogurt in the bottom of beautiful dessert plates.
3 - Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of smoothie.
4 - Nicely lay out slices of fresh strawberries and freeze-dried strawberries.
5 - Garnish with fresh basil leaves or fresh mint (to taste, add some camelina seeds for a crispy touch)
6 - Serve and enjoy.
