CHOCOLATE, PISTACHIO AND HAZELNUT SALAMI

Salami de chocolat, pistaches et noisettes : une recette savoureuse et originale pour un dessert de Noël.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml (1 cup) dark chocolate
  • 75 ml (5 tbsp.) butter
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) milk
  • 60 ml ( 1/4 cup) cocoa
  • 500 ml (2 cups) amaretti biscuits, chopped
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) whole hazelnuts
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of pistachios
  • Fleur de sel to taste
  • Powdered sugar to taste


Steps

1 - In a bowl, put the chocolate and butter.


2 - Melt gently in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (or until the ingredients have melted). Remove from the microwave. Slowly add the milk and mix until smooth.


3 - Sift the cocoa and add to the mixture. Mix well.


4 - Add the biscuits, nuts and flower salt to taste. Mix well.


5 - On plastic wrap, place the mixture forming a long roll. Close the paper on itself and turn it to form and secure the chocolate salami. Leave leave in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.


6 - Remove from the refrigerator. Roll the chocolate salami in the powdered sugar. Leave to cool for 30 to 40 minutes.


7 - Serve. Slice . Enjoy.

    Quelle sorte de chocolat on utilise dans cette recette pour 250 ml? Est-ce que on doit le faire fondre pour le mesurer ou c’est un chocolat style nutella?
