Ingredients

  • 240 g of Greek tofu
  • 30 ml (2 tsp) red onion
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 whole wheat bread
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp to Soup) of Tzatziki sauce
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) of lightened feta, crumbled
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of spinach baby


Steps

1 -Tranch the tofu to obtain slices about ½ cm thick.


2 -Mince the onion and the pepper.


3 -spread the interior of the pita bread with the tzatziki sauce.


4 -Garnir the pita bread of all foods.
