CHINESE-STYLE SPAGHETTIS

Ingredients

    Viande

    • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

    • 15 ml (1 tsp) of low soy sauce in sodium


    Steps

    For meat


    1 - Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F).


    2 - Brush the sesame oil on the meat and add the seasonings.

      @Monique : Bonjour Monique, certainement! Il existe plusieurs variétés pâtes sans gluten, je pense par exemple à la marque Barilla https://www.barilla.com/fr-ca/produits-r%C3%A9sultats/pasta/gamme/sans-gluten?sort=alpha&page=1

      De plus, simplement vérifier certaines listes d’ingrédients pour s’assurer qu’il n’y a pas de gluten (la sauce soya par exemple, il existe des sauces sans gluten).
