Ingredients

  • 250 g (1/2 book) of beef bib, cut into small cubes
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of green onion, chiseled
  • 30 ml (2 tsp) D 'French shallot, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tsp) of fresh, chopped basil
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) of Wasabi green peas, crushed
  • 30 ml (2 tsp. Soup) of capers, chopped
  • 20 ml (4 tbsp) of olive oil
  • 20 ml (4 tbsp) of homemade mayonnaise (or Poirier kitchen in grocery store)
  • 5 ML (1 tsp) of Dijon mustard
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Steps

1 - In a bowl, deposit all the ingredients of the tartare and mix gently.


2 - in 2 beautiful plates, using a cookie cutter, mounting. .


3 - Decorate with young shoots. Accompany with croutons.
