A NEW ARRIVAL TO BRIGHTEN UP YOUR SPRING

Collaboration with Boulangerie St-Méthode
Boulangerie St-Méthode continues to innovate, offering consumers even greater choice! The latest addition to its Campagnolo range, the Golden Loaf, is sure to delight the whole family.
Made with corn flour and olive oil, this loaf boasts a beautiful golden colour that brightens up every plate.
Irresistible taste and texture
With its soft crumb and delicately golden crust, the Golden Loaf charms with both its texture and refined flavour. The olive oil and corn—much appreciated by Quebecers—provide subtle, distinctive notes. A delicious discovery certain to captivate bread lovers! This new loaf was an instant hit with my team. We fell for its lovely golden colour, thanks to corn, its wonderfully soft texture—particularly enjoyable when fresh—and its perfectly balanced corn flavour.
I particularly enjoyed it toasted, served alongside Mexican-inspired dishes such as a salad of kidney beans, corn kernels, onions, peppers, coriander, and lime. What a delightful pairing when spread with slightly spicy guacamole! This is a loaf equally enjoyable fresh or toasted.

This bread is also rich in several B vitamins, notably thiamine (29% DV) and niacin (22% DV), which are essential for energy metabolism. An Italian-inspired recipe
The Miche Dorée is a versatile loaf, ideal for creating a variety of recipes. Here, I suggest the Verdura Mozza "Pain-nini". This Italian-inspired sandwich features grilled peppers, tomatoes, rocket, and fresh mozzarella. This colourful combination is perfect for a complete, healthy, balanced meal. The pain-nini provides the energy needed to enjoy the lovely spring sunshine! This recipe delivers 18 g of protein, 4 g of fibre, and is an excellent source of calcium. With 43 g of carbohydrates, it’s suitable for people with diabetes. Personally, it reminds me of my numerous stays in Italy, each time delighting my taste buds.
