- 1 box (227 g) of raspberries
- 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tbsp) of maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of chia
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) melted dark chocolate
1 - Place the raspberries on a plate. Using a fork, mash the raspberries. Transfer the crushed raspberries to a bowl.
2 - Add the maple syrup and chia seeds. Mix .
3 - Let rise for 1 hour.
4 - Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
5 - Take the raspberry, chia and maple mixture then make small bites and place on the cookie sheet.
6 - Place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours (until the bites are firm).
7 - Remove from the freezer.
8 - Soak the bites in melted chocolate. Return to baking sheet. Return to freezer until chocolate is set (5-10 minutes).
9 - Take out and enjoy.
