- 125 ml (½ cup) of dates
- 60 ml (¼ cup) of water
- 30 g of hiker mixture (nuts and dried fruits)
- 125 ml (½ cup) of flakes of oats
- 125 ml (½ cup) of All-Bran Buds cereals
1 - Place the dates and water in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds. Using a fork, crush the dates until you get a smooth puree.
2 - Mix all the ingredients and form balls of the size of a ping-pong ball.
3 - Place on a plate and refrigerate for a minimum of 60 minutes.
