SALMON FILLET WITH SPINACH AND FETA

Ingredients

  • 5 ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of spinach, adorned and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 30 g of feta, crumbled
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 egg yolk
  • a Little water
  • 2 brick/phyllo
  • 100 g of fresh salmon


Steps

1 - Preheat the oven to 190 ° C (390 ° F).


2 - in a saucepan, heat the oil and cook the onion until it is tender, about 4 minutes . Add the spinach and garlic and continue cooking until the spinach fell, about 3 minutes. If necessary, drain the preparation.


3 - add the cheese, salt and pepper And mix.


4 - in a small bowl, whisk egg yolk and water.

6 - place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
