APPLE MUFFINS

Muffins aux pommes : Une recette santé, simple et savoureuse signée Isabelle Huot Docteure en nutrition.

Ingredients

    Garniture croustillante

    • 125 ml (1/2 cup) large rolled oats
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) whole wheat flour
    • 15 ml (1 tbsp) brown sugar
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) melted butter
    • 3 ml (½ tsp) ground cinnamon

    Ingrédients secs

    • 375 ml (1 ½ cup) whole wheat flour
    • 375 ml (1 ½ cups) large rolled oats
    • 180 ml (3/4 cup) brown sugar
    • 8 ml (1 ½ tsp) baking powder
    • 5 ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
    • 3 ml (½ tsp) baking soda
    • 3 ml (½ tsp.) teaspoon) of salt

    Ingrédients humides

    • 2 eggs
    • 125 ml (½ cup) of milk
    • 125 ml (½ cup) of homemade apple puree
    • 60 ml (¼ cup) vegetable oil
    • 5 ml (1 tsp) vanilla essence

    Autre

    • 250 ml (1 cup) apples, peeled and cut into small cubes


    Steps

    1 - Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).


    2 - Place 12 paper or silicone cases in the muffin tin.


    3 - In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for garnish. Set aside.


    4 - In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Set aside.


    5 - In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients. Pour in the dry ingredient mixture and then mix.


    6 - Add the cubed apples then mix gently.


    7 - Pour the mixture evenly into the 12 cups. Garnish with a small amount of crispy topping.


    8 - Cook in 15 to 20 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffins comes out clean).


    9 - Remove from the oven. Allow to cool before unmolding. **Keeps 3 5 days in an airtight container.

      @Anne : Bonjour Anne, merci pour votre commentaire! Vous pourriez remplacer la cassonade par de la purée de dattes et réduire un peu la quantité! :)

      Comment je remplacerais la cassonade du muffin pas de la puree de dattes? A noter que je suis intolerante aux oeufs alors je mettrais 2ctbl de lin moulu et 2ctbl eau. La farine sera sans gluten en plus!
