DOUBLE BRAN AND DATES MUFFINS - VEGAN VERSIONS

Ingredients

    Version #1

    • 1 double sound and dates muffin mixture signed Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition

    • 250 ml (1 cup) of enriched plant drink
    • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of non -sweet apple compote

    Steps

    Version #1


    1 - Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F). Arrange 12 boxes of paper or silicone in a muffin mold.


    2 - in a bowl, pour the entire dry mixture.


    3 - In another bowl, mix the oil, the vegetable drink and the apple compote.


    4 - Mix the two preparations until a homogeneous paste is obtained.


    5 - Fill the boxes and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until a peak inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
