SMOKED SALMON OMELETTE IN TORTILLA

Ingredients
Omelette
- 60 g of smoked salmon
- fresh dill
- 2 eggs

- 1/3 of avocado
- 2 whole wheat tortillas (2 7 inch tortillas)
- 30 ml (2 tsp. Greek Greek yogurt
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of arugula
Steps
1 - Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Chop the dill. In the omelette cooker, beat the eggs then add the smoked salmon and the dill.
2 Cook in the microwave with open cover during 2 minutes 30 seconds then let cool.
3 Cut fine avocado slices.
4 - spread the Greek yogurt tortilla.
5 Garnish the omelette tortilla, add the avocado slices and rocket.
