MEAL SALAD - THE IRRESISTIBLE TOUSKI SHAWARMA

Ingredients
- 1 piece (300 g) of boneless pork roast pork, cut into 2 slices and cut in two directions of length
Marinade
- 60 ml (¼ cup) of olive oil
- 60 ml (¼ cup) of white vinegar
- 1 lemon, for juice and zest
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) from spices to shawarma (or gross ground)
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
Dressing

Steps
1 - Preheat the BBQ (or the oven) to 250 ° C (500 ° F).

4 - Remove and fold the pieces of pork in half. Broker on a long skewer.

6 - remove from the heat. Prick the skewer on a cutting board and slightly slice the meat vertically (as in the restaurant) . Reserve warm.
