MEAL SALAD - THE IRRESISTIBLE TOUSKI SHAWARMA

Ingredients

Marinade

Steps

1 - Preheat the BBQ (or the oven) to 250 ° C (500 ° F).

4 - Remove and fold the pieces of pork in half. Broker on a long skewer.


5 - Cook the skewers on a BBQ Very hot from 15 to 20 minutes, taking care to turn during cooking.


6 - remove from the heat. Prick the skewer on a cutting board and slightly slice the meat vertically (as in the restaurant) . Reserve warm.

    J’aimerais avoir les recettes de salade de Mme Mélanie Marchand qu’elle a faite il y a quelques semaines . Je l’ai trouvé pas à part celle ci mais j’aimerais bien les autres aussi
