What do the countries bordering the Mediterranean have in common? An abundance of fruit and vegetables, a consumption of cereal products and good fats. You guessed it, I am talking about the Mediterranean diet!
Personally, I have been practicing this diet for several years now! The Mediterranean diet does not offer an entirely vegetarian diet, but rather a flexitarian one, so as to limit the consumption of red meat.
