Le meilleur dessert chocolaté pour la Saint-Valentin. Les bouchées de dattes, farcies au beurre d'amande et nappées de chocolat noir. Un dessert savoureux et simple à cuisiner.


  • 12 Medjool dates cut in half and pitted
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) chopped peanuts
  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) melted 70% dark chocolate
  • Fleur de sel to taste


1 - Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

2 - Place the dates on a work surface. Stuff each date with 1 teaspoon of almond butter.

3 - Add chopped peanuts on top. Dip each date in the melted chocolate. Drain well to remove excess chocolate.

4 - Place the dates on the reserved baking tray.

5 - Place in refrigerator 30 to 60 minutes (to harden the chocolate).

6 - Remove from the refrigerator. Enjoy immediately.

* Keep for 7 to 10 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

    J’ai utilisé de plus petites dattes, avec des amandes , et beurre d’arachides léger. Un vrai régal! Pas trop sucré, juste parfait !
