Ingredients

  • 1 black tea bag + boiling water
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • Ground cinnamon, to taste
  • Ground nutmeg, to taste
  • Ground ginger, to taste
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) date powder (optional)


Steps

1 - Infuse the black tea in a small amount of boiling water.


2 - Heat milk and pour into a cup


3 - Add the infused black tea, spices and date powder.


4 - Mix and enjoy.
