OATMEAL WITH PEANUT BUTTER, NUTS AND BERRIES

Ingredients

    Oatmeal

    • 500 ml (2 cups) steel cut oats
    • 750 ml (3 cups) water
    • 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond beverage
    • 1 pinch of salt
    • 80 ml (1/3 cup) peanut butter
    • 30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
    • 250 ml (1 cup ) raspberries
    • 180 ml (3/4 cup) blueberries
    • 125 ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond drink

    Toppings

    • 60 ml (1/4 cup) walnuts and pistachios, chopped
    • 60 ml (1/4 cup) IH Berry Jam


    Steps

    1 - Place the oats, water, almond milk and salt in the pressure cooker bowl. Mix.


    2 - Pressure cook 5 minutes. Remove steam. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before opening.


    3 - Add peanut butter, maple syrup and berries. Mix.


    4 - Add almond drink. Mix gently.


    5 - Serve immediately in bowls.


    6 - Garnish with nuts and berry jam.
