OATMEAL WITH PEANUT BUTTER, NUTS AND BERRIES

Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 500 ml (2 cups) steel cut oats
- 750 ml (3 cups) water
- 250 ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond beverage
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) peanut butter
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
- 250 ml (1 cup ) raspberries
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) blueberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond drink
Toppings
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) walnuts and pistachios, chopped
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) IH Berry Jam
Steps
1 - Place the oats, water, almond milk and salt in the pressure cooker bowl. Mix.
2 - Pressure cook 5 minutes. Remove steam. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before opening.
3 - Add peanut butter, maple syrup and berries. Mix.
4 - Add almond drink. Mix gently.
5 - Serve immediately in bowls.
6 - Garnish with nuts and berry jam.
