Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe lawyer
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) of cheese cottage 1 % m.g.
  • 15 ml (1 tsp) of fresh coriander, chiseled
  • the juice of half of half a lime
  • pungent sauce to taste
  • pepper to taste


Steps

1 - Peel the avocado and remove the nucleus. Place the flesh in a bowl then add the rest of the ingredients.


2 - Using a mixing foot, reduce the guacamole in mash.
