Ingredients
- 125 ml (½ cup) of water
- 125 ml (½ cup) of milk
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of powdered lavender tea Seta
- 5 ml (1 tsp) date powder (optional)
Steps
1 - Heat the water and milk then pour into a cup.
2 - Add the lavender tea powder and the date powder.
3 - Mix until smooth and enjoy.
