Isabelle Huot Docteure en nutrition vous donne sa recette de latte à la lavande, mettant en lumière le latte Seta.

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) of water
  • 125 ml (½ cup) of milk
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) of powdered lavender tea Seta
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) date powder (optional)


Steps

1 - Heat the water and milk then pour into a cup.


2 - Add the lavender tea powder and the date powder.


3 - Mix until smooth and enjoy.
