OAT, CHOCOLATE AND CHIA PANCAKES

Ingredients
- 400 ml (1 ⅔ cup) milk
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 Mixture oat, chocolate and chia cookies
- Maple syrup and fresh fruit, to taste
Steps
1 - Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
2 - In a bowl, mix the milk, oil, vanilla extract and eggs using a whisk. Add the dry mixture whole and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
3 - Wipe the pan with a little butter to lightly grease.
4 - Pour ¼ cup of preparation into the pan and spread into a round shape with the back of the ladle or measuring cup.
5 - When the bottom is golden brown and bubbles begin to appear on the surface, turn with a spatula and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan and place on a serving plate.
6 - Repeat with the rest of the preparation.
7 - Serve with maple syrup and fresh fruit, or enjoy as is!
