LA BRIGITTE MEAL SALAD - THE BOHEMIAN CRUNCHY

Ingredients
- 1 green apple, cut into thin slices (with a mandolin)
- 1 apple gala, cut into thin slices (with a mandolin)
- 1 small fennel (or 2 branches of celery), cut In brunoise (small dice of 1 cm by 1 cm)
- 1 French shallot, chopped
- 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh grapes, cut in two
- 80 ml (1/ 3 cup) of Grenoble
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) of dried cranberries, chopped
- 45 ml (3 tb. (2 cups) of watercress
- 100 g of cooked Nordic shrimp
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of Greek yogurt 0 % M.G. (diluted with 30 ml of water)
Dressing
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of mayonnaise
- 45 ml (3 tsp) of apple cider vinegar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of fresh parsley, chopped
- with a taste of salt and pepper
Steps
1 - Mix together yogurt, water, mayonnaise, vinegar, half the parsley, salt and pepper. Reserve.
2 - in a bowl put the apples, fennel, l 'shallot, grapes, grenoble nuts, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and watercress. Add the Dressing and mix delicately.
3 - garnish with chopped parsley and add the shrimp!
@Lea : Bonjour Lea, merci pour votre commentaire! En fait, la recette fait 4 portions. Il n’y a donc pas 1/4 tasse de noix de Grenoble dans une portion!
Je crois qu’il y a un problème avec le calcul de calories. Si 1/4 de tasses de noix de Grenoble équivalent à 210 calorie, je ne vois pas comment cette salade peut être 380 calories par portion!
