  • ½ onion, minced
  • 10 ml (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
  • 2 English whole wheat muffins
  • 30 ml (2 tsp) of cream cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of cranberries and chia, Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
  • 150 g of smoked salmon
  • Young shoots (optional)


1 - Use a small pan to brown the onions. Place the oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook until the onions are golden browned

2 - toast the muffins. Spread with the cheese in the Cream and the spread.

3 Distribute the smoked salmon and the young shoots on the English muffins.
