SWEET AND SALTY TARTINE WITH SMOKED SALMON

Ingredients
- ½ onion, minced
- 10 ml (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
- 2 English whole wheat muffins
- 30 ml (2 tsp) of cream cheese
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of cranberries and chia, Isabelle Huot Doctor in nutrition
- 150 g of smoked salmon
- Young shoots (optional)
Steps
1 - Use a small pan to brown the onions. Place the oil and heat over medium-high heat. Cook until the onions are golden browned
2 - toast the muffins. Spread with the cheese in the Cream and the spread.
3 Distribute the smoked salmon and the young shoots on the English muffins.

Ça semble bien bon mais quand ajoute-ton les oignons cuits ?
